OUR STORY

The beauty and peace of nature is my greatest fascination. Over many years I have expressed this in a variety of ways; creating arrangements, decorations, large and small projects throughout all of which nature holds centre stage. I studied Art, Photography and Floristry in Poland [where I was born], and in Germany. For over fifteen years now I have had the pleasure of experiencing the beauty and diversity of the natural landscape of Australia.

 

About The Candles

What are the candles made from?

I use three different types of wax. The inner section of the candles [the part that burns] are a blend of Soy and Palm wax sourced from environmentally friendly suppliers. For the outer shell I use Paraffin wax as it is more transparent. My candles usually burn away leaving the outer shell largely intact and reuseable by inserting a tea light.

I have been creating these floral style candles for over five years now. I am often told how well they are received when given as a gift, and I am repeatedly heartened by the many customers who buy them for this purpose on a regular basis.
